About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, driving sales growth and loyalty
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order files and formulas
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring a high level of inventory management
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring efficient and safe operations
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
