Frontline Cashier Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontline Cashier to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Frontline Cashier, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

• Operate a cash register and process member transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide member service by answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and checkout areas
• Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
