Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary:
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Reimbursement Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of programs related to the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Prospective Payment Systems (PPS), and Quality Measures (QMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and presentation of RAI, PPS, and QMs education utilizing various types of media, technology, workshops, classes, and one-on-one sessions.
- Conduct facility site visits to orient new MDS Coordinators and evaluate RAI/MDS/PPS processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the ability to obtain multi-state licensures.
- Minimum of five years of related experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting.
- Eighty to ninety percent travel with overnight stays.
