Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Make customers feel like you care about their home and provide a high level of customer service
Requirements
  • Be comfortable with driving long distances and traveling on the highway
  • Be able to safely push, pull, bend, squat, and lift
  • Be comfortable with engaging with pets on occasion
  • Be a team player and work well with others
  • Be on time for every shift and miss minimal shifts
  • Be comfortable with speaking with customers and providing customer service
  • Be willing to receive constructive criticism from customers, partners, and office personnel
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
