Job Summary

WellStone Inc. is seeking a part-time Residential Aide to join our team at House 25. As a Residential Aide, you will provide care and support to clients in a group home setting, assisting with daily living skills, social and financial skills, and treatment direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent instruction and guidance to clients
  • Implement basic living skills training objectives and document progress
  • Coordinate client activities and ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Administer medication under supervision and document as required
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and 5-year driving record
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and CPI
