The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading a variety of scheduled activities and events, including discussions, trivia, games, and exercise sessions. We welcome innovative ideas for new events to enrich our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead group activities and engage residents in one-on-one interactions.
  • Encourage participation in various recreational events.
  • Contribute creative suggestions for new activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience in planning and executing events.
  • Background in assisted living or nursing home environments.
  • Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, memory care, and senior care.
  • Knowledge of recreational therapy and caregiving practices.

Job Type: Part-time, up to 24 hours per week.

Schedule:

  • Day and evening shifts.
  • Availability on weekends as needed.

Experience:
