At Visionaire Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. This is a 6-month contract position in Atlanta, with the opportunity to work onsite in Smyrna, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any SAP SuccessFactors issues related to payroll processing.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of updates and enhancements to the SAP SuccessFactors payroll module.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to payroll records.
- 1+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
