Job Title: Early Intervention Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join our team at Criterion Child Enrichment. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's cognitive, motor, and sensory development.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and home visits to identify children's needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Provide parent coaching and education to empower families to support their child's development.
  • Participate in trans-disciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services and coordination of care.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in early intervention settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in using computer-based technology, including electronic health records and communication tools.
