IT Support Specialist

Paperless Environments, a leading provider of accounts payable workflow automation and document management software, is seeking a highly skilled Tier 2 Software Support Specialist to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that has revolutionized the way businesses manage their accounts payable processes.
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide exceptional technical support to customers, troubleshoot complex software issues, and collaborate with the development team to report bugs and escalate issues. Our ideal candidate will possess expert-level problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Software Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Documentation and Communication: Document support interactions and resolutions comprehensively, communicate effectively with customers via various channels, and educate clients on software features and best practices.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the development team to report bugs, escalate issues, and submit feature requests, while also assisting in developing knowledge base articles.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in a Tier 2 support role or similar technical support position, hands-on experience in a help desk or customer support environment, and basic understanding of Windows administration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong customer relationship-building abilities, patience, and empathy towards customers and colleagues.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
