About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Cardiac Pulmonary Rehabilitation team at Ascension.

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team in delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with procedures ordered by physicians and supervised by Registered Nurses (RNs).
  • Support patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
