We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Burnett Medical Center. As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- BLS certification required.
- Current certification or eligibility to become ACLS, TNCC/CALS, and Neonatal certified.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, with prior Critical Care and Emergency Care experience preferred.
