Senior Logistics Systems Analyst for Global Implementation

As a Senior Logistics Systems Analyst at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's global organization by designing, configuring, documenting, and implementing warehouse and logistics workstream aspects of SAP. This position will report into the Logistics Execution (LEX) workstream and collaborate extensively with other impacted workstreams.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and experience with SAP's EWM Warehouse Management, logistics, and shipping systems, with a focus on configuration and integrations to third-party applications. Additionally, they should have complementary business knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations. The position requires a proven track record of launching and scaling AI products with expertise in automation strategies, instrumentation, and data-driven insights.

This role involves influencing warehouse design and usage to support associated business practices, particularly integrating with Plan to Fulfill (P2F), Market to Order (M2O), and Strategy to Operation (S2O) workstreams. Key responsibilities include designing processes, integrations, and conducting configurations in alignment with company strategic initiatives relative to Logistics operations.

  • Finished Goods and Raw Material Inventory Management
  • Warehouse configuration
  • Order fulfillment for distribution and provisioning for manufacturing
  • 3PL Integrations

Additional Knowledge Areas:

  • Use of RF devices for inventory movement
  • Shipping and warehouse documentation requirements
  • Hazardous and Dangerous Goods materials management (EH&S knowledge is a plus)
  • Temperature-controlled product management
  • Scrap management
  • Strong exposure of SAP EWM, with TMS Integration to SAP TM, SAP GTS, SAP EHS modules, and other third-party systems

The successful candidate will work closely with Bio-Rad subject matter experts and stakeholders globally to rationalize business processes, configure WM and EWM warehouses, assess scope changes, document system configurations, and prepare for operational readiness. They will also operate in close partnership within the IT and Business communities, including business process teams, subject matter experts, external consultants, and development teams.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Accounting
  • SAP certifications for EWM, TM, or EH&S are considered advantageous

Work Experience:

  • Six (6) or more years' experience supporting and configuring SAP EWM modules, with integration knowledge with third-party external systems such as CRM, TMS, 3PL systems, SAP PI, SI/SOA, FTP, etc.
  • A proven ability to lead projects and teams of IT and Business personnel who are not direct reports, working under time constraints while meeting critical milestones
  • Proven collaboration across business and IT disciplines to achieve successful implementations in a global context
  • Proven ability to solve problems methodically and track measure expected results
  • Able to manage independently all phases of a significant project or initiative
  • Experience with operations in the Life Science or Clinical Diagnostics business is a strong plus
  • Experience with international business processes, relationships, and knowledge of other languages will be advantageous
  • Experience implementing RPA & Machine Learning technologies is a plus

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $104,100 to $179,100, depending on geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job-permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus based on achievement of individual objectives and Company performance.
