RN-Progressive Care Overflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Overflow team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
As a RN on our Progressive Care Overflow team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current state RN license or a current RN licensure with a multistate compact state
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date
