Job Summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Nurse to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum one year of current ICU hospital experience.
  • Evidence of current AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
