We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Stannah Stairlifts. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services from our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Support manufacturing in achieving production targets
- Work with Product Development and suppliers to deliver cost reductions
- Manage a portfolio of low-risk suppliers
- Control annual spend of approximately £1 million
- Act as a point of contact between suppliers and internal customers
- Support the implementation of contractual agreements with suppliers
- Build relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers
- Reconcile invoices and credit notes
- Support internal customers with product changes
- Collate financial accounts
- 25 days holiday + the option to purchase additional days
- Quarterly bonus (based on company profits)
