At OneMain Financial, we're committed to improving the financial well-being of hardworking Americans. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping customers achieve their goals by providing responsible access to credit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones, working with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  • Present financial solutions based on customer needs, meeting their goals and objectives
  • Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual - Spanish (preferred)

  • Competitive base salary range: $18.00-$22.00
