Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  • Present financial solutions that meet customer needs and goals
  • Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure clear understanding
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive sales growth
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, in compliance with all laws and regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish
