Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team at Jacaranda Animal Hospital. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage client schedules
- Handle client relations, including greeting clients, admitting and checking out patients, and processing payments
- Communicate with clients regarding invoices, medical status, and other important information
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures a plus
