  • Stock and Rotate Supplies: Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room as assigned per shift, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Comply with Health and Safety Guidelines: Adhere to local and SOP health, sanitation, and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and employees.
  • Clean and Reset Tables: Clear, clean, and reset tables and clean chairs, booths, and floors after guests leave, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform Cleaning Duties: Perform all cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Comply with Uniform and Appearance Standards: Adhere to IHOP uniform and appearance standards, presenting a professional and welcoming image.
  • Perform Other Assignments: Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or acting supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
