Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team at UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.

About the Role:

  1. We are looking for a board-certified/eligible Pediatrician with experience in caring for sick newborns.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric hospital medicine, with a focus on neonatal care.
  3. Responsibilities include attending high-risk labor and delivery calls, managing sick newborns in a special care nursery model, and coordinating transfers to higher levels of care.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, resident education, and collaborate with other hospital departments to deliver comprehensive care to newborns.
  5. Identify opportunities for academic pursuits and contribute to the growth and development of our pediatric program.
