About the Role

The Assisted Living RN/LPN will be responsible for providing resident care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and collaborating with the physician, family, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will utilize principles of the nursing process to carry out delegated aspects of care for both residents and families, with the goal of restoring and maintaining each resident's identified capabilities at their maximum mental and physical level.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge
  • Collaborate with the physician, family, and other healthcare team members
  • Utilize principles of the nursing process to carry out delegated aspects of care
  • Restore and maintain each resident's identified capabilities
Requirements
  • Valid Wisconsin RN or LPN license
  • Currently certified in CPR
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Schedule includes every other weekend and occasional holidays
