Position Overview:
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment through effective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct protective, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks, along with daily checklists.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on all machinery and production equipment.
  • Replace or repair components such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, and other electrical parts.
  • Monitor mechanical devices during operation to identify and diagnose issues.
  • Dismantle equipment to access and remove defective parts, examining them for imperfections.
  • Inspect used components to assess changes in dimensional requirements.
  • Interpret electrical control and mechanical assembly schematics for all machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, accompanied by three years of relevant experience or training.
  • Thorough understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Proficient knowledge of electrical controls, mechanical assembly, plumbing, and HVAC control systems.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve electrical problems effectively.
  • Experience in machine setup, troubleshooting equipment failures, and performing maintenance services.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting electrical control and mechanical assembly diagrams, as well as service manuals.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues related to production and facility equipment.
