Job Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our ICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and guidelines to optimize patient outcomes.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and promote patient satisfaction.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve practice.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current Florida RN licensure (or compact licensure recognized by the Florida Board of Nursing)
* BSN degree from an accredited institution (MSN preferred)
* Current ACLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified)
* 2+ years of ICU experience (critical care or med-surg experience may be considered)
