Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Personal Care: Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure the comfort and dignity of our residents.
- Support Care Planning: Collaborate with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct Resident Assessments: Observe and record resident behavior, noting any changes or concerns, and report them to the Team Leader.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Registration: Must be registered with the MN Board of Nursing as a Nursing Assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
