Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mille Lacs Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in multiple settings, including Pediatrics, Medical, Surgical, Emergency, Senior Care, and Ambulance Transport.
  • Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants, and Health Unit Coordinators as needed.
  • Effectively utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background check as required by the State of Minnesota.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support, ACLS, TNCC or CALS, NRP, PALS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: ACLS, TNCC or CALS, NRP, PALS.
