Senior Data Engineer for Data Management Team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and transform disparate data into actionable insights, applying industry best practices and validating outputs for reliable and accurate results.
  • Drive development projects to evolve our platform and operations, leveraging the latest technologies available.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate, and finalize design, deliver working proofs of concept, and develop/deploy finalized data solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering, with expertise in enterprise data platform tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft data engineering tools, including Azure Data Factory/Fabric Pipelines, Power Query/Fabric Dataflows, Synapse/Fabric Notebooks, and Logic Apps/Power Automate Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric components, architecture, and best practices.
  • Strong database knowledge, including SQL Databases, Azure Data Explorer/KQL Databases, Delta Lakes, Fabric lakehouses/warehouses, Power BI, and medallion architecture.
  • Strong ETL skillsets, including coding proficiency in Power Query M language, Python, SQL, and KQL.
  • Strong DevOps/Git background.

Compensation: $170,000
