Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. As a Clinical Nurse in our Intensive Care Nursery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient-Centered Care
    • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients in the Intensive Care Nursery
    • Utilize critical thinking and the nursing process to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status
    • Collaborate with the care team to modify the plan of care or elevate concerns as necessary
  • Lead and Mentor Others
    • Mentor colleagues to advance nursing practice and the profession
    • Assume authority and accountability for the nursing care of patients while delegating elements of care to others
    • Prioritize and organize time to optimize patient outcomes
  • Stay Current with Evidence-Based Practice
    • Actively seek out the most current evidence and standards to apply and translate to daily practice
    • Role model a culture of inquiry and contribute to research, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice at the local level
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience
  • Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience
  • All Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses must commit to completing a BSN or higher nursing degree within 10 years of their hire date
Required Licensure/Certifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire and as applicable, higher level per unit certification requirements as stated on the grid attached to the AHA and Life Support Policy
  • ACLS Certificate required upon hire in Endoscopy, Tele-ICU, Day Surgery Center at CGP (Manchester), Life Safety and Cardiology-Echocardiography
