Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Equity Bank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service
• Provide financial solutions and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and goals
• Conduct financial needs assessments and develop plans to help clients achieve their financial objectives
• Work closely with other bank departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services
• Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous banking experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Windows-based systems and banking software
