Job Summary

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Inpatient Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory therapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory care services to patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary disease
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress
  • Administer breathing treatments and monitor ventilated patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Oregon
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an inpatient setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
