Inpatient Respiratory Therapist

This 100+ bed medical center is a Level 3 Trauma Center and is known for its commitment to high quality care. The Inpatient Respiratory Therapist will join a healthcare facility that is committed to prioritizing the needs of its community and has been recognized for excellence in patient care. 

The Inpatient Respiratory Therapist will work with a team of experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists and will report to the Respiratory Therapy Services Manager. The Inpatient Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient care to patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary disease. They will work on a variety of units including Medical-Surgical, Acute Rehabilitation and Intensive Care units. They will provide services such as providing breathing treatments and monitoring ventilated patients. The Inpatient Respiratory Therapist will consistently assess and document their patient's ongoing symptoms and progress.
