Role Overview

NVIDIA is a pioneer in the field of computer graphics, parallel computing, and AI. As a Senior DFT Methodology Engineer, you will be part of a team that crafts innovative solutions for cutting-edge test techniques, in-system test architecture, and verification and post-silicon validation of complex semiconductor chips.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will work on next-generation test architectures, collaborating with multi-functional teams to implement brand-new designs in test access mechanisms, high-speed test interfaces, and in-system test architecture. You will also help develop and deploy In-System Test (IST) methodologies for our next-generation products, focusing on scan architecture, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST applications.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with a strong background in DFT, system architecture, or RTL design. You should have a solid understanding of fundamental DFT topics, such as fault modeling, ATPG, and fault simulation. Experience with Tessent ATPG/SSN is a plus. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical skills in verification and validation of logic on complex and multi-million gate designs using vendor tools. Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python, or Tcl are also desired.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $258,750. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
