Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing Specialist to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As a key member of our centrally managed team, you will be responsible for effectively and consistently filling client orders with qualified, safety-minded Tradesmen Field Employees (FE's) across the Tradesmen National footprint with a market-specific focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select the best internal and external candidates that meet the unique qualifications for specified orders and have a proven track record for safety and skill.
- Conduct thorough and compliant interviews and follow all interview protocol.
- Maintain high standards for obtaining necessary jobsite information.
- Conduct safety walkouts and jobsite visits as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records regarding safety and safety training.
Requirements:
- Previous HR/Staffing or Recruiting background is highly preferred.
- Prior experience fostering and developing relationships in a remote environment would be beneficial.
- Experience with iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System) and Excel is a plus.
- Prior construction knowledge is a plus, but not required.
