RN Clinical Management Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Richardson, Texas-based home health agency as a Clinical Manager. This critical role will oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional care delivery.

About the Position:
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to participate in on-call nursing schedules and deliver skilled bedside nursing care as needed.

Key Accountabilities:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Director of Nursing and clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring adherence across all operations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care plans.
- Conduct regular supervisory visits and ensure thorough coordination of client care.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting.
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation and other relevant clinical software.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a clinical team.

The estimated salary for this position is around $95,000-$130,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
