About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a customer service ambassador, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find what they need in our store.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and helping customers find products
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers
  • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
