Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Weekend Shift team at Stryten Energy. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by moving raw materials and finished products around the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide molding operations with plastic materials, lead, cardboard, and skids per standard work
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack
  • Achieve forklift certification
  • Supply machine hoppers/bowls with component parts
  • Remove and transport finished goods to warehouse or other designated storage areas
  • Manually lift and stack boxes of finished product
  • Wrap and identify finished skids per standard work
  • Supply rework to operators
  • Maintain warehouse and storage location organization
  • Follow all safety requirements
  • Clean as directed
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be able to read, speak and understand English
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Follow all company safety rules and policies
  • Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift knowing that co-workers depend on their attendance to meet goals
  • Physically perform work - be detailed oriented with good hand/eye coordination
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating forklifts
  • Troubleshooting experience
