Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on care to elderly patients in a long-term care environment.
  • Evaluate and track the health status and progress of patients.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress in medical records.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at improving the quality of care.
