Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Box Office Associate. This is a part-time, temporary position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process ticket sales and other transactions in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of FPAC events, programs, and services to effectively promote and support them.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of the box office.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • Knowledge of ticketing software a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, temporary position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work on short notice.
