Location: SJFC Haffey Hall

• We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time and part-time Senior Cashier Supervisor role.
• Work Schedule: Flexible hours available, Monday through Friday, from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.50.

Overview: Responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services in line with company standards. Facilitates guest transactions and guarantees satisfaction at the service desk while managing all cash and media materials.

• Welcome and assist every guest; maintain comprehensive product knowledge; deliver exceptional guest service.
• Authorize guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, and manage PoS transactions while ensuring proper cash control.
• Assist in training cashiers and cross-training other team members.
• Prepare daily cash deposits and manage change; some locations may require access to safe combinations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and support loss-prevention initiatives.
• Oversee cashier productivity, breaks, and daily schedules; communicate performance issues to management.
• Maintain front-end supplies and assist with guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Cover cashier shifts as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
