Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrications, and adjustments to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, using technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Pick-up and delivery of equipment as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Complete service reports and other paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a formal technical training program or a minimum of 2 years of previous related work experience.
  • Knowledge/clear understanding of gas and diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Automotive and Industrial Maintenance Technicians encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Ability to write professional business communication.
  • Must be a self-starter, well organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs, bend, twist, and climb.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This position works primarily in the equipment shop, with occasional time spent in an office environment. The noise level in the shop environment is moderate to high. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
