Job Summary
The Mechanical and Electronic Equipment Technician at Bowe Systec North-America Inc is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers on a national basis. This role requires expertise in mechanical and electronic equipment, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site technical assistance to customers to troubleshoot and repair equipment
* Collaborate with the Director of National Technical Support to ensure effective service delivery
* Perform complex repairs and installations of Böwe product lines as needed

Requirements
* Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
* 5+ years of advanced mechanical/electronic/software training in mail processing equipment experience
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Compensation and Benefits
* Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
* Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off

Travel Requirements
* Up to 75% travel required within company policy guidelines
* Travel arrangements include hotel, car rental, and airline flights
