Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Superintendent to oversee our construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all homes constructed adhere to the highest quality standards throughout the building process.

Job Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a background in construction or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while maintaining quality and productivity. Essential Job Functions:

  • Establish and execute quality inspection protocols for residential projects.
  • Perform final construction assessments to verify compliance with quality benchmarks.
  • Keep detailed records of inspection outcomes and corrective measures taken.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
  • Ensure that construction activities comply with building regulations and safety standards.
  • Strive to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication abilities.

  • Full-time, exempt position.
  • Reports to the Vice President of Operations.
