Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Ability to develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a similar scope and complexity
