Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Team is responsible for carrying out risk assessments on new clients enrolling in OnPay and being the gatekeepers for all funds that come in from and go out to our clients and their employees. This role offers a rare opportunity to help shape and create a business function to enhance processes, improve security, and streamline client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments on newly enrolled clients/companies to determine both authenticity and credit risk
  • Review of client activity for anomalous behavior
  • Fastidious recordkeeping throughout daily processes
  • Analyze both financial and non-financial data to shape business decisions
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve the most suitable outcome for all parties
  • Assist clients with queries relating to our business function

Requirements:

  • Aptitude for data analysis
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Practical knowledge of transaction processing, specifically ACH and wire transfers
  • Conceptual understanding of credit risk
  • College degree preferred
