Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift to transport goods and materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Inspect and maintain the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition, performing routine checks and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Stack and organize inventory in a neat and orderly fashion, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with inventory management, receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior forklift experience and production line experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with good eye-hand-foot coordination and ability to concentrate for extended periods.
  • Must be able to pass company forklift training and possess a valid forklift certification.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret scales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
