Rogers-O'Brien Construction is in search of a Marketing Specialist for the San Antonio region.

This role, based in the San Antonio office, will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to devise, coordinate, and execute a variety of internal and external marketing initiatives and company-related services.

The individual in this position will be primarily accountable for managing outgoing proposals for new projects, coordinating project photography, overseeing marketing deliverables, submitting award applications, organizing promotional items, and supporting other marketing efforts to align with Rogers-O'Brien's business goals.

Your role will not be confined to the office; you will also have the chance to participate in the execution of client events, trade shows, job site activities, and other corporate gatherings as required.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Standards:
Integrate Rogers-O'Brien's company-wide branding strategies into all materialsEnsure a consistent and updated appearance and style for all marketing collateralImplement best practices, style guides, and templates as directed by the Director of MarketingEnsure Rogers-O'Brien's image remains cohesive and appealing to target audiencesUtilize a library of standard design elements (logos, fonts, etc.)

Material Development and Utilization:
Create fundamental graphic and written materials needed for various marketing collateral (subject to review by Marketing Manager/Director)

Oversee deadlines for multiple RFPs/RFQs and ensure alignment with company branding strategiesManage production efforts of collateralCollaborate with the Client Relations team to organize and execute presentationsManage marketing materials, including binding, printing, and collateral itemsSchedule, organize, and evaluate professional photography services for completed projects and/or eventsAssist in the creation of collateral for internal employee eventsExternal Engagement:
Assist in organizing and executing various client and external events and associated materials, such as subcontractor events, groundbreakings, event sponsorships, and charitable initiativesComplete award submissions for trade publications and oversee review and delivery after approval from Marketing Manager/DirectorSupport social media initiativesEnsure accuracy of site signage with occasional site visitsComplete and distribute press releases to local marketsAssist with the creation and completion of any necessary advertisements

Information Management:
Maintain inventory of promotional items; collaborate with vendors to brainstorm new items, price out, and reorder as neededManage/request assistance for one-off promotional materials for corporate events and trade shows/career fairsUtilize CRM Database (Cosential) in preparation of proposals and to track/maintain project and personnel information
Qualifications and Skills:
1-3 years of experience in a similar high-volume environment, preferably within the AEC industryA four-year degree in a marketing or communications discipline is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPointProficiency in
