Requirements:

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
