About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Premium Auditor to join our Enterprise Operations team at Travelers Indemnity Co. As a Premium Auditor, you will play a critical role in conducting audits of moderate to highly complex Commercial Lines policies to determine proper classifications and exposures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits of Commercial Lines policies through interview, review, and verification of customer business operations to determine proper classifications and exposures.
  • Provide audit findings to customers, agents/brokers, and business partners to ensure understanding of changes in premium exposures.
  • Develop relationships with customers, agents/brokers, underwriters, and other internal business partners.
  • Remain informed of changes and current information relative to premium auditing through internal and external resources.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced auditors.
  • May be assigned projects, presentations, etc. at the discretion of management.
  • May represent the company in routine court appearances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Three years of Premium Audit experience, including experience auditing multiple types of property and casualty commercial lines policies.
  • Completion of APA 91 and 92.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to customers, agents/brokers, and business partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills to conduct audits effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
