Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a skilled U-Box Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a U-Box Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while operating a flatbed truck and loading/unloading storage containers. This role requires a clean driving record, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commercial driver's license (CDL).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport storage containers to and from specified destinations.
  • Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
