Position Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued during their time with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drinks to guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Set tables according to event specifications and service standards.
- Address inquiries regarding menu items and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining and service equipment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the designated point-of-sale system.

Guest Interaction:
- Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction with each course and beverage.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond to any concerns promptly and professionally.

Safety and Standards:
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.

Working Environment:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including navigating stairs and uneven surfaces.
