About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Technician to join our team at Solventum. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and components, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform basic machining, pipefitting, and millwright tasks, as well as welding and fabrication tasks.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic equipment and components.
  • Operate a personal computer to maintain and troubleshoot power and distribution systems.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five years of experience in mechanical or electrical equipment maintenance, with a focus on process instrumentation and control systems.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work a first, second, or third shift, depending on shift availability.
